Return Policy

Wheel Warehouse will accept returns according to the terms and conditions set forth below:
  • Request for return must be made within fifteen (15) days of receiving merchandise
  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling the return manager at 714.772.1281 (Ext. 5119)
  • Returns must be received back to us within fifteen (15) days of issue date of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • All returned items must be in new, original condition and in original protective packaging
  • Used items are not eligible for return
  • Wheels cannot have had tires mounted on them (unless purchased as a tire and wheel package)
  • Tires cannot have been installed, driven on or had labels removed
  • Special orders, custom built, drilled to order, custom finished, individually customized wheels are not eligible for return or refund
  • All approved returns are subject to inspection and up to a 25% restocking fee, plus all freight costs incurred
  • Cancelled orders and refused shipments are subject to the same terms and condition stated above
  • Refunds on credit cards will be issued back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase
