"I have been purchasing tires at Wheel Warehouse for 25 years. I can count at least six or seven of our vehicles you have put tires, wheels or both on for us. The employees have been extremely helpful, given me great service and the display area and shop have always been spotless. I recently came in for a nail in the rear tire of my Mercedes. The dealer noticed it during a service and said it was in the sidewall, would I like them to replace the tire as it was not repairable. I spoke to Cesar at your facility. He said they would find it and recommend they flip the tires to even out the wear on the insides. Plus the installer notice some rust on inside the chrome wheel which could cause a slow leak. He wire brushed it off. I asked the alignment shop if they could replace the front struts which the dealer recommended. They said it was a dealer only repair because of the pneumatic suspension. I went to pay the bill and was told there was no charge!! I tried to thank Cesar but he stepped out to lunch. Please thank him for me. I felt you need to be commended for some excellent employees and a policy of treating your customers so well. I guess this is why I have been coming back and why I have recommended your store to others. " - Jame S
